Vaishali Parekh’s Top Three Picks For June 23

The NSE Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex opened lower on Monday. The Nifty 50 opened 0.69% lower at 24,939.75 after ending in the green in the previous session, while the Sensex opened 0.85% down at 81,704.07.

While Nifty IT and Nifty Metal led the decline, Nifty Defence was the only sector that was in the green amid the rising tensions between Iran and Israel.

As of 11:40 a.m., Nifty 50 was trading 0.64% lower at 24,958.90, while the Sensex 30 was trading 0.67% lower at 81,860.47.
