Story Background

The Bear first premiered in 2022. The show focuses on Carmy, a young chef who returns to Chicago after working at a top culinary institute. He takes over his late brother’s sandwich shop, “The Original Beef,” and starts improving it with the help of his team. Over time, the goal shifts from running a basic shop to transforming it into a fine dining restaurant. Carmy’s main aim is to achieve a Michelin star, which becomes the central theme of the series.

In Season 4, Carmy continues working with Sydney and Richie. The story shows them trying to grow their restaurant. They face problems, changes and many decisions. The goal is not only to improve their food and service but also to decide what is important to keep. According to the official synopsis, the team must face many new obstacles.
