1. COLE PALMER (8.8)
It was a second half to remember, and it was inspired by this one man. He’s inspired us many times in the last two years, but not so often of late. Most excellent time to rediscover the magic.
So what happened exactly? What was it that suddenly clicked, as if it were a jigsaw falling into place? Unfortunately, like The Matrix, no one can be told what it is; you have to see it for yourself.
That reference may be too old for Palmer himself, but when you’re The One, you can create the world as you want it to be.
“I was just sick of getting the ball and going backwards and sideways, so I thought, when I next get the ball, I’m just gonna go, and — yeah, it worked.
“[There was] a bit of space, I was chopping and changing and I seen Enzo running — and yeah, just put it over the top. [The second one was] same, again. I seen Jackson and so I crossed.”

Here’s to seeing all the things next season (and beyond)!
2. MOISÉS CAICEDO (8.2)
It would be only fitting that Moi would get our final goal of the night and of our season — scoring for the second last-day in succession after the wonderstrike from the halfway line against Bournemouth on the final day of the Premier League last season.
Of course, it’s not the goal(s) that make Caicedo’s game so integral to our successes and ambitions. For all those other contributions, he was already named our Player of the Season, and all those were on prime display once again in this one as well. The goal was a lovely icing on top of it all.
Caicedo improved tremendously this season, especially in terms of his consistency. It’s quite exciting to think that he probably still has room to grow!
3. ENZO FERNÁNDEZ (8.0)
Love seeing our expensively assembled midfield live up to expectations, with Enzo getting his eighth of the season — the all-important Game-tying goal, one that completely shifted momentum in our favor. , one more than he managed last season.
