State-owned NBCC Ltd on Thursday (May 29) reported a 29.4% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹176 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹136 crore in Q4FY24.
Revenue increased 16.2% to ₹4,642.5 crore against ₹3,996.3 a year ago.

At the operating level, EBITDA grew 19.3% YoY to ₹290 crore versus ₹243.2 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 6.25%, compared to 6.09% in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 (14%) per paid-up equity share of ₹1 each for FY2024-25, which will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd ended at ₹116.14, up by ₹0.54, or 0.47%, on the BSE.
