Details about Karnataka SSLC exam 2
The supplementary exam, also called Exam 2, was conducted by KSEAB from May 26 to June 2, 2025. The exam was held in one shift from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM across various centres in the state. Special practical or oral exams for vocational and technical subjects were held on June 3, 2025. These exams gave students who failed in the main SSLC exam a second chance to pass and continue their education.
In the main SSLC exams this year, the overall pass percentage was 62.34%. Many students who did not pass all subjects appeared for the supplementary exams. Last year, about 31% of students passed the supplementary exam. The result is important because it allows students to qualify for higher secondary or Pre-University (PU) courses without losing a year.
