National Testing Agency released the CUET provisional answer key 2025, response sheet, and question paper PDF on June 17, 2025, at cuet.nta.nic.in. The CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key was released by the National Testing Agency on June 17, 2025 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the CUET UG 2025 exams between May 13 and June 04, 2025, can now check the official answer key online and match their recorded responses through the CUET Response Sheet 2025 PDF.
With the help of the CUET answer key 2025 and response sheet, candidates can calculate their CUET UG scores (estimated). Many students are facing issues while calculating their CUET scores as the serial number of the Question ID in the answer key does not match the serial number of the CUET 2025 Question Paper PDF.

Steps to Calculate CUET UG Scores Using Response Sheet & Answer Key
Follow these steps to determine your estimated CUET UG scores based on the NTA CUET UG provisional answer key 2025 and response sheet PDF:
Step 1: Visit the official CUET UG 2025 website: cuet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on ‘Answer Key Challenge for CUET(UG)-2025’ under Candidate Activity.
Step 3: Enter CUET UG Login credentials and log in to the CUET Applicant Profile.

Step 4: Click on the CUET UG subject tab under ‘View Question Paper’ to calculate the CUET Score (say Business Studies).
Step 5: The page will be redirected to the CUET 2025 Question Paper and Response Sheet PDF.
Step 6: On the CUET Applicant Dashboard, click on the tab under ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’.
Step 7: Select the subject under the dropdown menu for which the Question Paper PDF was opened (say Business Studies).
Step 8: The UG Subject Answer Key (say Business Studies) will be displayed on the screen.
Step 9: Copy the Question ID of S.No. 1 from the CUET provisional answer key.
Step 10: Search the copied Question ID in the CUET Question Paper PDF using the Ctrl+F key (Business Studies).
Step 11: The page will be redirected to the searched Question ID.
Step 12: Match the Chosen Option at the right corner of the question against the Correct Option ID in the Answer Key.
Step 13: Using the CUET 2025 Marking Scheme, award marks to each question and calculate the total CUET 2025 Score.
CUET UG 2025 Marking Scheme
As per NTA, the following CUET Marking Scheme 2025 will be used to evaluate CUET UG Scores:
- +5 marks for every correct answer
- -1 mark for every incorrect answer
- 0 for unattended question
CUET UG Result Date 2025
The National Testing Agency is expected to release the CUET 2025 result tentatively in the third week of July 2025. Once declared, the CUET UG Scorecard will be made available at the official website: cuet.nta.nic.in.
