In tonight’s Anupamaa episode, Jaspreet is taken aback after hearing that her boss has decided to suspend her. Furious and feeling betrayed, she lashes out at him. Bharti tries to calm her down, reminding Jaspreet that she had once mentioned her boss was impressed with her performance. Jaspreet grows anxious, fearing the suspension could derail her career trajectory.
Elsewhere, the landlord confronts Jaspreet and Bharti with an unexpected demand, a hike in their rent. Despite their appeals to reconsider, he stays firm and warns them to vacate the premises if they’re unable to pay the revised amount.
At the Kothari household, Mahi shares her plans to start an imitation jewellery venture. Parag is quick to oppose the idea, reminding everyone that their family’s legacy is built on dealing with authentic diamonds.
Mahi, however, informs them that she and Prem have already discussed and agreed upon the idea. Anil and Gautam are both caught off guard by this revelation. Gautam states that such decisions regarding the business are either made by Parag or taken collectively. Prem steps in, clarifying that no final decision has been made yet. The conversation intensifies as Anil continues to raise his points. Khyati speaks in Mahi’s favour, saying that since Aryan’s property has been passed on to Mahi, she has the authority to make business calls. Meeta further adds that if Mahi is considered a partner, then Anil shouldn’t be sidelined like an ordinary employee. Parag feels slighted. When Prem tries to address his abrupt departure, Parag reveals he had different intentions for the property, he had planned to establish a dance academy for Rahi. This disclosure leads to a heated exchange between Khyati and Parag, leaving Mahi stunned.
Later, Jaspreet, still reeling from the earlier shock, vents her frustration on the landlord for the rent hike. Turning her attention to Anupama, she questions whether she met Manohar. Anupama denies any involvement and refuses to collaborate with Manohar. Frustrated, Jaspreet issues an ultimatum: either Anupama starts contributing to household expenses or vacates the house. Though Anupama agrees to share the financial burden, Jaspreet forcefully drags her out. An emotional Anupama pleads to stay and, feeling cornered, ultimately agrees to work with Manohar. Jaspreet then instructs Bharti to notify her friend that Anupama will be joining Manohar’s work setup.
Meanwhile, Parag sits down with Prem and Rahi to discuss his vision for the dance academy. Just then, Mahi intervenes and tells Prem to focus on work matters at the office instead. Prem clarifies that the discussion is about the academy, not leisure. Later, when Mahi informs Khyati that Prem is preoccupied and will join them later, Khyati casually asks if she had breakfast. Mahi replies that Rahi didn’t prepare any as she was busy.
This sparks Khyati’s anger, and she reprimands Rahi for neglecting household duties. Parag tries to mediate by suggesting that even the house help can manage such tasks. Khyati accuses Rahi of acting as if the entire family revolves around her, leading to another argument between her and Parag about how unfairly both Mahi and Rahi are being treated. Khyati stands by Mahi’s decision to work at the office, and Parag supports Rahi’s involvement in the dance academy. Khyati raising her voice questions when she herself had left her job after marriage at her mother-in-law’s insistence then why Rahi’s can’t obey her mother-in-law.
Just then, Moti Baa steps in and commands silence. She scolds Khyati and Mahi for allowing their personal grief to become an excuse for misbehaving with others. Moti Baa firmly asserts that the house belongs to her, and all final decisions are made by Parag. She adds that if Parag has taken a call regarding Rahi’s future, then that decision is final and must be respected.
She instructs Parag, Prem, and Rahi to carry on with their academy plans without hesitation. She then directs Khyati to go and prepare the bhog, and asks Mahi to make her own breakfast. Both women quietly leave the room.
Once they’re gone, Moti Baa folds her hands and offers her prayers to Shrinath ji. Prem and Rahi respectfully greet her. Watching all of this from a distance, Gautam’s face lights up with quiet satisfaction and pride.
Elsewhere, Anupama arrives nervously at Manohar’s place. She feels uneasy as he starts observing her. During this tense moment, she reminisces about Hasmuk, seeking comfort in his memory.
