Organised by the Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association (KHASA), this traditional game not only offers players the opportunity to win substantial cash rewards but also promotes the sports of archery among the youth.

HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
- The game is held in two quick rounds each day:
- In the first round, skilled archers shoot 30 arrows.
- In the second round, they shoot 20 arrows.
- Participants place their bets by choosing a number between 0 and 99, predicting how many arrows will hit the target in a given round.
- Tickets can be purchased at authorised counters in various denominations—Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50.
A correct prediction makes a player eligible for a cash prize, which varies based on the ticket amount and the round:
A correct guess in the first round with a Rs 1 ticket can win you Rs 80.
A right prediction in the second round with the same ticket earns Rs 60.
Accurately guessing both rounds with Rs 1 tickets in each can bring a winning amount of up to Rs 4,000.
