Romano: ‘Ideal destination for future’

Ardon Jashari has made it clear he only wants to join AC Milan this summer, but the club must raise their offer to Club Brugge.

Over the past few days, several sources have reported that Jashari has his heart set on a move to Milan, but there was a disagreement between Belgian and Italian sources regarding how close the clubs were over the transfer fee.

What is clear though is that if the Rossoneri want the Swiss international then they will have to sign off a large investment. He seems to be the chosen one to complete the midfield, with Luka Modric and Samuele Ricci expected to arrive imminently.

Jashari wants Milan only

Now, an update has come from Fabrizio Romano. The journalist states: “Understand Ardon Jashari is not negotiating with other clubs at this stage: he wants to join AC Milan.

“He’s decided and convinced by AC Milan as ideal destination for future. Current proposal worth €30m plus add-ons, not enough as Club Brugge want more. Up to the club.”

Sacha Tavolieri reported over the weekend that Borussia Dortmund had reignited their pursuit of the 22-year-old but that they are behind Milan. Now, another effort will be needed to try unlock the key final part.
