Kalpataru’s initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed on the final day of bidding, Thursday. It received bids for 4,79,41,452 shares, surpassing the total issue size of 2,28,26,516 shares. The retail portion was subscribed 1.17 times, NIIs 1.19 times, and QIBs 2.92 times.
